Hollstrom & Associates Inc Presents Back School

You are the most important part to your pain management with Largo chiropractic care.

The central theme of Back School is that we limit back pain, not necessarily cure it. Recognition of the fact that, you have a transitional segment that puts your spine at risk for instability and limits the stress it can take, goes far in building confidence knowing that you can manage its pain and regain your quality of life again. Hollstrom & Associates Inc puts high priority on improving your quality of life.

Back School helps you and those close to you understand your spinal pain condition(s) and what it takes to control your pain. Watching a loved one suffer makes us feel helpless. Finding out what is wrong and what can be done in office at Hollstrom & Associates Inc as well as at home which gives everyone an opportunity to help.

Back School explains spine pain symptoms, relates that spine pain is not an isolated experience, gives examples for correct movements for daily living, and puts all of us on the same page to assist the back pain sufferer.

The Hollstrom & Associates Inc presentation of Back School highlights that back pain control, not cure is typically the goal. It's a realistic goal for our Largo chiropractic patients and their families and loved ones.

Interestingly 95% of 61 patients who who went to back school thought it was worth their time to attend. They thought they grasped their condition more fully and educated themselves to avoid re-injury. (1)
